Disco Turkeys begin practicing for Memorial Day Weekend away games

The Disco Turkeys began team practices this week in advance of their first weekend of games.

The new summer collegiate club plays at the High Point-Thomasville Hi-Toms on Saturday night and at the Martinsville Mustangs on Memorial Day. A game at the Statesville Owls originally scheduled for this Sunday was postponed.

The Disco Turkeys open their home season on Friday, June 4 at Truist Stadium against the Martinsville Ponies. Tickets are $7.
